Shown with the Sparkle Moss II Apron Top

This skirt is a short version of the Best Petticoat.  I cannot get the camera to do this skirt justice!  The fabric is a super soft stretchy cotton that looks gauzy, but it is thick and drapes so well!  It really swings around and moves and is really flattering.  It's also light and airy enough to be great in the summer.  It's so simple, but it will be the skirt that you want to wear everyday!
